The Chief
Since 2019, this chef, passionate about cooking, has been delighting his customers in his own restaurant, the result of many years of work and experience. Since a young age, he has had a real passion for cooking. After obtaining a CAP cuisine, he enriched his career in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in the North of France. It was in the 90s that he fell under the spell of the Côte d'Azur, where he settled and worked in large establishments, refining his know-how. Today, he flourishes in his own establishment, where he subtly combines the richness of French cuisine and Mediterranean flavors.
